The Bidvest Catering Services Learning Academy has been developed specifically to train, empower, promote and retain our staff and chefs alike at all levels. This is helping our team be the best they can be with a range of training opportunities including regular internal courses and other professional qualifications.
Creating a clear route of development, our chefs can map their progression through the kitchen whilst developing leadership and managerial skills that support a progression to executive chef or management levels.
