We recognise that through effective learning and skills enhancement, our food service teams will deliver the personalised experience and loyalty our clients deserve. Bidvest Catering Services also provides opportunities to upskill the service teams of our clients, enhancing performance within our clients’ businesses.
Our Flavour Academy is a fully accredited Education, Training and Development Provider with our Culture, Arts, Tourism, Hospitality and Sport Sector Education and Training Authority (CATHSSETA). We work in partnership with the Hospitality Academy, a training provider excelling in accredited food service related people development initiatives.
Together we train people on a variety of training interventions ranging from Soft Skills, Technical Programmes, Health & Safety right through to Short Skills Programmes and Full Qualifications.
We are strategically orientated towards integrating the development of people with their performance as individuals, as teams and ultimately as an entire organisation, by integrating purpose-driven, results oriented and lifelong learning.
